Click here to view Alfred N. Sanzari’s obituary from
The Record newspaper
dated December 13, 2005.
In his obituary, it mentions that Alfred N. Sanzari bought a building where he had shined shoes in front of when he was young. Later, when one of our project managers confirmed the story,
Alfred N. Sanzari had said in front of the same building,
"one day I will own this building".
Not many people get to fulfill such a statement but, he was true to his word. When the building was available, Alfred N. Sanzari bought it in the mid 1990’s.

I've worked on the building as a Union Carpenter, renovating the building after he had purchased it.
We were wondering why he had purchased the building, and from an investment stand point, it did not appear to be lucrative
(The building is located on Main Street in Hackensack).

I've worked on many buildings that Alfred N. Sanzari owned during the 1980’s-1990’s. I can say his company was a good company that one could work for, always paying satisfactory wages and always considering safety.
